Dear Marieke I have been living in Cape Town my whole life and would just like tosay thank you for making the beach front such a more interesting spacethan it was.  I find your sculptures a lot of fun nothwithstanding theimportant message that it conveys.  It is just a pity that it wont bethere on a permanent basis but perhaps it will be the start ofsomething new and exciting for the city. Well Done regards Danielview this

Hi Marieke It's been a while since I walked along the Sea Point Promenade and today because of the dreamy humid weather I decided to take my camera and have a look at the sculptures I'd so far only seen in the distance. Your work is beautiful and inspirational and I wanted to thank you for the enormous effort I know it must have taken to bring a little more beauty to our world. I've attached a few of the photo's which captured my experience today (and maybe a bit of my glaucoma too) Regards Paul view this
